Neuroaffirmative Supervision

A space that truly gets it

Supervision should feel safe, not draining. As an autistic therapist myself, I offer a warm, welcoming space where neurodivergent practitioners can bring their whole selves — without masking, without having to explain the basics, and without the cognitive load of navigating a neurotypical frame.

This is supervision by someone who lives it as well as practises it.

A low-cost offering for qualified practitioners

What I bring

I have extensive experience working exclusively with neurodivergent clients, and I bring that depth of specialist knowledge directly into supervision. My therapeutic practice draws on EMDR, Flash technique, and trauma-informed approaches, and I hold a particular expertise in the landscape of neurodivergent experience — including:

  • Autistic burnout and recovery

  • Neurodivergent discovery and the post-discovery journey

  • Identity, self-understanding, and late diagnosis

  • Family and relationship dynamics through a neurodivergent lens

  • The full spectrum of ND-related presentations

I also welcome practitioners seeking general talking therapy supervision, whatever your client focus.

The detail

Sessions are one hour and offered at a low cost of £50 per session while I build my supervised practice hours. This is an opportunity to access genuinely specialist neuroaffirmative supervision at an accessible rate — something that is still rare in the profession.

CURRENT SPACES:

Mon 7.50am, 3pm, 4pm

Tues 7.50am, 3pm, 4pm

Who this is for

Qualified therapists and counsellors who are neurodivergent themselves, who work with neurodivergent clients, or both. You don't need to specialise in neurodivergence to be welcome here — but you'll find that having a supervisor who does makes a real difference.
