THERAPY & SERVICES
Support that fits
how you're wired
Every service I offer is grounded in neuro-affirmative practice — which means we start from the assumption that your brain isn't broken. It's different. And that difference deserves to be understood, not fixed.

Neuroaffirmative counselling
"You may have spent your whole life wondering why everything feels so hard. Let's find out — and change it."
Whether you're newly diagnosed, exploring the possibility, or simply trying to understand yourself better — this is a space built for you. I bring both professional expertise and lived experience as an autistic and ADHD person myself. Our work together might include:

-
Reframing your past through a neurodivergent lens
-
Building a life that works for your neurotype, not against it
-
Addressing emotional triggers — anger, boundaries, people-pleasing
-
Understanding and untangling relationship challenges
-
Tackling neurodivergent burnout
-
Support for parents of neurodivergent children
-
Releasing shame and building self-trust
02
EMDR & trauma therapy
"For those carrying difficult memories, traumatic experiences, or patterns that have stayed long past when they should have gone."
For many neurodivergent people, trauma isn't one dramatic event. It's cumulative — years of not fitting in, of being misunderstood, of masking and pushing through when everything felt overwhelming. That kind of trauma lives in the body, shapes relationships, and quietly drives the decisions you make every day.

I offer several evidence-based trauma approaches, and will draw on whichever is the right fit for you and what you're carrying.
-
EMDR — adapted specifically for neurodivergent clients, Levels 1–4 trained
-
Attachment-informed EMDR — for relational and early-life trauma
-
EMDR integrated with Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach
-
Predictive Processing Flash Therapy — for highly distressing memories
-
Socially inflicted trauma — the impact of a lifetime of not fitting in
-
Rewind Trauma Therapy — IARTT qualified
-
EMDR for RSD & everyday distressing events

Single session therapy
"Sometimes one focused session is all it takes to get unstuck and find a way forward."
Single Session Therapy (SST) is ideal when you have a specific question, decision, or stuckness you want to work through — without committing to ongoing sessions. Many clients find that the momentum gained in one session is enough to move forward.
SST works especially well for:
-
Exploring "Am I autistic / ADHD / AuDHD?"
-
Deciding whether to pursue a formal assessment
-
Understanding meltdowns or burnout
-
Creating a more neurodivergent-friendly life
-
Exploring relationships in the context of neurodivergence
-
Moving out of stuckness with a decision

The approach blends counselling, guidance and coaching. Online, in person, or by phone.
